| 工作职责： |
1, Designing and optimizing a variety of custom analog, video, audio, and power-supply circuits at board level, both for a customer´s end product and for in-house designs. End equipment will include TV set-top boxes, MP3 players, portable game and media players, smartphones, and similar consumer electronic devices.
2, Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage hardware applications engineers.
3, Provide a positive, productive work environment that responds well to customer needs.
4, Interview new recruits and help develop your team. |

| 任职资格： |
1, Must have experience with circuits and systems for consumer high-volume products.
2, BSEE or MSEE and three to 10 years of comparable experience in a similar role.
3, At least two years experience as a team leader or manager of a group that produces PCB-level hardware.
4, Experience designing analog and digital-control circuits at the board level for commercial consumer products.
5, Strong communication skills. |
