| 工作职责： |
1.evelop strategies and tactics with SBM/Account Manager/ABG to enhance sales in BJ Cat I/II – multinational Cat I/II customers in North China.
2.ork closely with FAE to execute above strategies and tactics, and win designs against competitions.
3.uild strong relationship with Procurement and R&D teams of multinational Cat I/II customers in North China.
4.ork closely with SBM/Account Manager/ABG for pricing.

| 任职资格： |
1.achelor degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
2.inimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with proven career track record.
3. self-starter, proactive and enthusiastic individual who has the ability to identify market trends and opportunities and take advantage of them.
4.mbitious, hardworking individual with initiative, flexibility and the leadership capacity to drive different teams (internal and external) and projects effectively
5. team player, able to work effectively with peers or staff at all levels.
6.n effective negotiator who is convincing in presenting ideas.
7.nowledge of PLD is a plus.
8.roficiency in written and spoken English.
