| 工作职责： |
1. The successful candidates will be primarily responsible for driving a focus on priority accounts and account planning and management.
2. These senior role(s) involve working with an account team to drive anchor relationships across the clientˇs organization to ensure client satisfaction; leveraging the Firm´s key initiatives and cross-functional services for new business opportunities; growing revenue and market share; and developing relationships with complex accounts. |

| 任职资格： |
1. University graduates with a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in business development, preferably gained from sizable multinational companies in the professional services and solutions arena
2. Proven track record of cultivating new business and building strong business relationships with key stakeholders, experienced in IPO is preferred
3. Seasoned understanding of the marketplace and industry as well as the trends and issues that create opportunities to add value to the clients business
4. Ability to work within a matrix organization while balancing the clients needs with the Firmˇs initiatives and goals
5. Ability to be a self starter and strong influencing skills to work with technical partners and operations staff to get the right resources to serve the client
6. Loyalty displayed with steady job history
7. Executive presence, excellent interpersonal, people management and communication skills
8. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
