| 工作职责： |
1、Lead the negotiations efforts with our Asian supply base to deliver and validate the lowest cost and highest value of the products and services sourced by our Asia staff. This includes in-depth cost analysis, validation, and communication to the US Corporate HQ.
2、Direct and coordinate all activities of Asia sourcing, China purchasing, operations, engineering, quality and any remote staff in Asia, as well as other areas as directed.
3、As a senior member of management, help define business strategy and align resources and priorities that are consistent with agreed upon business direction. Manage day to day tactical operations for the Asia Operation.
4、Develop and manage supplier relationship to ensure that our Asian Supply Base delivers quality goods and value-added services that meet and/or exceed customer expectations according to our business model and strategic plan needs.
5、Ensure the sourcing and development of new factories/suppliers globally to maintain competitive advantage for Liberty’s existing and new business categories and channels.
6、Ensure that a product cost analysis system, which thoroughly evaluates and analyzes finished goods pricing by weight, raw material, component goods, packaging and manufacturing process, overhead, yield, scrap, margin, is executed in conjunction with overall corporate costing strategies. Included in this evaluation must be quality, consistency and service of goods provided. Ensure cost structure maintains consistency across like items and is deployed collaboratively with US office and Business Cost Analyst in Product Supply.
7、Constantly review market conditions and communicates to management competitor information, price concerns, new regulations, and/or issues related to possible service interruptions or other market changes.
8、Asia Quality Control – ensure proper inspections guidelines and standards, as designated by Director of Quality and Director of Engineering, are uniformly and consistently followed and deployed to the supply base.
9、Work closely with China and US Engineering and Quality to establish and maintain Liberty Hardware standards of worldwide quality that meet or exceed customer requirements.
10、Ensure that Asia warehouse operations including: receiving, storage, packaging, inventory control and distribution of finished goods and/or goods in process, facilities management and equipment assets are managed effectively, both tactically and strategically.
11、Help oversee and direct Liberty’s Asia HR activities with regards to timely and effective recruiting, associate retention programs, employee relations, safety and corporate training programs; all in accordance with local government regulations. Help to drive management and employee

| 任职资格： |
1、BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN SUPPLY CHAIN/OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT OR RELATED AREA.
2、10+ YEARS OF GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERIENCE.
3、6+ YEARS IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION WITH GLOBAL COMPANY, PREFERABLY. 4、IN HARDWARE & BATH MANUFACTURING.
5、FLUENT IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE - WRITTEN AND ORAL.
