| 工作职责： |
1、Initiate and lead the development of new channel capabilities on Group and regional platforms for both the regional and global Cash Management Business.
2、Enhance business performance, customer satisfaction and capabilities awareness across ASP by undertaking effective product management and commercialization.
3、Maximize the value of the Group´s investments and resources by driving the deployment of global electronic banking functions within Asia.
4、Represent ASP PCM in the broader Group Global Transaction Banking electronic channels forum, ensuring that ASP PCM business growth objectives are given adequate support.
5、Develop and drive a continuous improvement culture within product management across the ASP region by identifying and sharing best practices.
6、Contribute proactively to the enhancement of the PCM culture |

| 任职资格： |
1、Ten or more years of product management experience in the banking industry, ideally with knowledge of electronic banking systems and concepts.
2、Past experience in Payments and Cash Management is highly desirable.
3、Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, influencing and staff management skills.
4、Experience at managing and executing projects including conceptualization, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
5、Fluency into written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
