| 任职资格： |
1、University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
2、Posses FRM qualification is a definite advantage
3、Minimum 12 years relevant experience in which 8 years management experience and obtained from financial institutions, especially in securities firms
4、Strong credit risk control and risk management knowledge
5、Able to lead a team moving forward
6、Excellent management, interpersonal & communication skills
7、Self-disciplined with good analytical skills and able to work under pressure
8、Good command English， Mandarin of both written and spoken |
