| 工作职责： |
1. Whole ownership for conceptual designs in high quality handbag & cloth collections
2. Ascertaining all the design activities to be planned. Formulate & implement the design directions on product collections’ core and seasonal styles
3. Performing & managing product development, costing and delivery schedule
4. Close interacting with Sales & Marketing team to organize product launch programs and design product collections regarding brand awareness
5. To lead & inspire the design team on market trend research, design & development, monitoring competitors’ product designs in line with brand’s values & positioning
6. Visual merchandising and design projects management in retail industry, organizing and executing in-store merchandise and graphic presentations, window display, new shops opening and set-up
7. Manage and liaise with contractors for on-going new shops opening and renovation projects
8. Coach, inspire & ensure team achieve creative excellence throughout all stages |

| 任职资格： |
1. Experience in managing bags，cloth product designs, preferably in Global or Far East retail industry
2. Excellent leadership skills to manage a small team with designers and communicate with multi-cultural teammates
3. Proven success in setting up a new retail brand will be an asset
4. Creative with strong visual & marketing sense & self-motivated |
