| 工作职责： |
1. Analyze the card customer base to identify effective strategies for driving incremental usage, consolidating spending and reinforcing the ´best card´ positioning
2. Develop effective card usage programs and establish key success measures
3. Independently manage the programs from negotiating the best offers from business partners, liaising with advertising agencies on above- and below-the-line advertising and point-of-sale material production, to securing support from external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely implementation
4. Conduct programmers evaluation to facilitate learning and continuous improvement
5. Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department´s guidelines
6. Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values

| 任职资格： |
1. University graduate in a business-related discipline with a minimum of ten years banking/marketing experience ideally in credit cards
2. Good understanding of advertising production, direct marketing, communication and event planning
3. Strong analytical and project management skills
4. Creative, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English |
