| 工作职责： |
1、Report directly to Managing Director, Operations, and work closely with Asian Operations, Director, and in support of our Cash Operations, Derivatives Operations, and Loan Operations Directors and teams.
2、Support Operations client relationship management responsibilities in Shanghai and organize client visits.
3、Collaborate with hedge fund clients to ensure their daily/month end/year end deliverables are met.
4、Prepare and deliver presentations and analysis as required to meet client needs.
5、Management oversight and supervision of Senior Associates and Operations Associates in Shanghai and possibly other locations.
6、Actively work with HR on the recruiting efforts for Operations, including interviewing candidates, contributing to hiring decisions, maintaining staffing plans.
7、Develop training materials and plans for staff, and oversees training.
8、Oversee mentoring and manage employee relations, career planning and staffing
9、Update Operations team on firm-wide initiatives
10、Mentor and develop Operations staff capabilities and support cross-training and process improvements.
11、Support development, enhancement and implementation of strategies, procedures, process work flows, and infrastructure, particularly in Shanghai.
12、Design and implement procedural improvements to enhance Operations support and client services.
13、Maintain Operations group procedures and accurate documentation of group functions and deliverables.
14、Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators used to monitor and measure services.
15、Review accuracy of Operations work quality control and ensure timely and accurate service delivery for trade processing, reconciliations, collateral management support, and other Operations tasks. .
16、Interact effectively with other Operations team members and other supporting department(s) to resolve production and client deliverable issues.
17、Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive production results and deliverables and work with internal and external contacts on automation initiatives.
18、Interact effectively with and support Fund Accountants and Controllers and Valuations P&L resources.
19、Ensure that the IT applications supporting Operations work effectively and efficiently.
20、Support new product review analysis with clients and internal colleagues.
21、Actively engage in designated firm-wide projects and client projects as needed for senior management.

| 任职资格： |
1、Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or other quantitative subjects.
2、5-7 years of related investment operations and management experience, preferably including a background with a recognized financial institution in China, HK, or other global financial centers.
3、Fluent Putonghua required and excellent English preferred (written and verbal).
4、Related product knowledge is helpful: Options, Swaps, Credit Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Equities, Fixed Income, etc.
5、Skilled manager and motivator with a verifiable academic and professional background, including experience helping recruit and motivating resources and building teams.
6、Strong leadership, analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills.
7、Strong client service focus, including the ability to effectively respond to client needs
8、Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9、Detail focused with the ability to multi-task.
10、Ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems.
11、Ability to work and lead effectively in a team environment.
12、Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline-focused organization.
13、Ability to create processes and a team that can respond to growth and new circumstances
14、Flexible, adaptive professional capable of working in and reacting to a fast paced, dynamic environment.
15、Strong computer skills, in particular with Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills.
