| 工作职责： |
1、Working closely with financial director, responsible for putting an efficient operational structure in place to make sure the whole front-to-back office operational work flow runs at its best.
2、Review existing work streams and business processes, identify gaps and implement solutions and improvements accordingly.
3、Single point of contact for all operational issues and liaise with different finance, compliance and marketing teams accordingly.

| 任职资格： |
1、At least seven years of relevant experience, with more than 10 years of overall working experience within the financial services industry,
2、Preferably on the asset management side.
3、Have previous project and people management experience and have a strong business focus.
4、Excellent interpersonal skills and be fluent, both written and spoken, in English, Mandarin and Cantongnese.
5、The ability to work independently and multitask and prioritize accordingly is key to your success in this role.
