1、 Overseeing all compliance activities and regulatory issues relating to the firm´s China businesses
2、Advising senior management on compliance and regulatory matters relating to China, including updates on regulatory developments and changes impacting on the firm´s business activities
3、Leading and managing the China Compliance team.
4、Maintaining good and effective communications and relationship with clients |

| 任职资格： |
1、A qualified accountant, lawyer or banking professional with at least 8+ years compliance experience gained within another leading financial institution, ideally with Greater China focus
2、An individual who can possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be a creative thinker
3、Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to foster close working relationship with internal clients, senior management as well as external regulators
4、Excellent organization skills and the ability to work to tight time-deadlines across different time zones and
5、Flexibility on travel around China. |
