| 工作职责： |
1、To be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of merchandising and visibility programs within agreed upon cost target and date line.
2、To continuously assess merchandising / visibility opportunities in on and off-trade.
3、To make recommendations to the Marketing Managers / Marketing Directors / Local Managers / Regional Director regarding improvement of merchandising.
4、To meet realistic timing targets on delivering the required merchandising materials to the outlets. |

| 任职资格： |
1、University graduate in Business/ Marketing or related principles.
2、At least 5 years of successful merchandising experience in FMCG company with vast dealer network or retailers with multiple stores.
3、Experience in fashion or luxury brand industry (preferred).
4、Demonstrate good understanding of merchandising production.
5、Able to identify and capture merchandising and visibility opportunities.
6、Good commercial sense, Good Negotiation Skills, Good planning skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7、Attention to details, Well organized, Mature, Independent and proactive, Result oriented.
8、Proficient in both English & Chinese communication skills. |
