1、According the development strategy of HQ to make area sales policy and sales target.
2、Control the different sales channel to get to the marketing objectives.
3、Develop Area wholesaler client, maintain customers relations.
4、Collect market intelligence and analyzed, command the whole area market plan.
5、Management of team salesman. |

| 任职资格： |
1、University graduate in Business/ marketing or related disciplines.
2、5 years commercial background, Supervisory and management experience with multinational FMCG Company.
3、Good understanding of marketing and finance, Knowledge of imported spirits.
4、Good leader with good understanding of people management.
5、Full understanding of modern selling and training techniques.
6、Good negotiation skills, High level of personal selling skill.
7、Good planning skill, Good communication skills.
8、Well organized with good analytical skills.
9、Good Chinese & English (preferred) communication skills. |
