工作职责: |
1、Plans & Orchestrates whole process related to compensation & benefits (C&B) planning & design (C&B programs & research/studies, salary structure development & implementation); C&B administration (position evaluation & classification; salary analysis, package development, annual salary review, C&B admin work related to payroll); HR Information System design & implementation; and special HR project management.
2、Develops new &/or enhances existing policies/guidelines/systems/procedures related to the above-mentioned HR functions.
3、Guides & coaches clients and HR staff on the above-mentioned HR functions.
4、Acts as an “HR Manager” for an assigned HR Account, i.e. providing day-to-day HR service to internal clients, covering all HR activities from hiring to separation of an employee. |

任职资格: |
1、University graduate in Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Business Management.
2、Minimum of five (5) years of thorough experience in at least four (4) of the above-mentioned functions under C&B planning & design and administration functions like C&B program development, position evaluation/classification, package development, salary reviews & studies &/or payroll-related C&B activities; and Employee Records management – in a senior technical or supervisory capacity.
3、Possesses a thorough knowledge & application experience of either China or Hong Kong Labor Law.
4、Has the ability to work in a fast-paced & culturally-diverse organization; must be able to adapt in a work environment that is composed of local Chinese and Asian Expatriates.
5、A team player with very good leadership & integrative skills.
6、Proficient Language skill and Oral English (Excellent).
7、Must be willing to travel. |
