1、Set up the Property Management working procedures.
2、Take principal responsibility for quality control of staff performance, evaluate the performance of the Property Management team with a pre-designed set of criteria.
3、Provide ongoing mentoring to the Property Supervisors.
4、Ensure professional standard, quality and accuracy for all documentations produced.
5、Cultivate and maintain good public relations with the local government, clients, building users and tenants. |

| 任职资格： |
1、University degree or above, major in Engineering, Property Management, Business Management or other real estate related.
2、10+ years in property management or asset management with significant supervisory experience.
3、Familiar with communications with landlords -Fluent in English and Chinese.
4、A good team leader with good management skills.
5、Good communication and strong interpersonal skills. |
