| 工作职责： |
• Develop and consolidate strong working relationship with banks so as to facilitate project financing
• Collaborate with banking team to undertake preparatory work for project financing as well as negotiate and secure financing for projects
• Develop and prepare financial models for projects
• Undertake due diligence work, which include cash flow projections and computation of projects，IRR, equity requirements & returns, etc.
• Establish strong working relationship with local government authorities to negotiate and secure contracts such as GSA, PPA, etc. |

| 任职资格： |
• Degree in any discipline with good Honours
• Master Degree in Business Management / Finance
• At least 10 years of relevant project financing or banking experience in a fast-paced environment
• Possess extensive banking and project financing track record.
• Possess strong financial modelling experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills |
