1. Degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or equivalent. Professional Engineer
2. 8 years’ practical experience in property development/project management of which 3 years experience gained in a managerial capacity or project management level in overseeing sizable construction projects in PRC.
3. Familiar with building regulations |
