| 工作职责： |
1. Report to General Manager of Project Management Department directly.
2. Provide project management advice and technical support to property development, building and construction projects.
3. Play a corporate training role responsible for establishing and implementing the group´s corporate standards and practices on project development, management and required technology.
4. Conduct research and development on the industrial development of specific areas such as building and construction, project management and quality management.
5. Act as an experienced expert to lead focus group visiting specific property projects locally and overseas for learning and development purposes.
6. Deliver internal training courses on project development and management. |
|
| 任职资格： |
1. Degree holder in property development related disciplines plus professional qualifications.
2. At least 10 years of relevant property development and project management experience gained from leading property construction contractors or developers.
3. Substantial experience in property project development.
4. Experience in taking up QC engineering role in property projects preferred.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills. |
