| 工作职责： |
1. Develop and consolidate strong working relationship with banks so as to facilitate project financing
2. Collaborate with banking team to undertake preparatory work for project financing as well as negotiate and secure financing for projects
3. Develop and prepare financial models for projects
4. Undertake due diligence work, which include cash flow projections and computation of projects，IRR, equity requirements & returns, etc.
5. Establish strong working relationship with local government authorities to negotiate and secure contracts such as GSA, PPA, etc. |
|
| 任职资格： |
1. Degree in any discipline with good Honours
2. Master Degree in Business Administration / Finance
3. At least 10 years of relevant project financing and banking experience in a fast-paced environment
4. Possess extensive banking and project financing track record in China
5. Possess strong financial modelling experience
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills |
