1. Overall project planning, implementation, quality control and development with innovative approaches.
2. Evaluating qualification and budget schedule of design consultants as well as consultant’s design proposals and providing comments or alternative proposals as necessary.
3. Monitoring the progress and ensuring the smoothness of the project.
4.Supervising and monitoring contractors to complete the projects within cost and time with high quality standard. |

| 任职资格： |
1. Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
2. 10 years’ practical experience in property. development/project management of which 3 years experience for project.
3. Familiar with building regulations.
4. Proven track record on large scale property development projects.
