| 工作职责： |
1. Station in Shen Zhen with frequent travels to Mainland China
2. Management project team
3. Co-ordinates all project activities and requirements with consultants
and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-
effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by
the management |
|
| 任职资格： |
1. Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect) or equivalent
2. PRC Class 1 Registered Architect Qualification will be an advantage
3. At least 8 years´ post qualification experience with property developers or consultant firms. Hands-on experience in PRC property developments is a must
4. Knowledgeable in PRC regulations and procedures of building, planning and land
5. Must be honest and reliable with uncompromising integrity
6. Able to work independently in handling large-scale prestigious residential development projects
7. Fluency in both oral and written Putonghua/ is a must
8. Knowledge in 3D CAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel and Words will be an advantage |
