| 工作职责： |
1. This position is responsible for all sales activities in the Asia Pacific regions, ASEAN, China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan; day to day territory revenue responsibility is estimated at US$700M in 2007.
2. Deliver company near term financial goal as well as to protect company long term interest and strategic expansion plan in the region.
3. Lead, motivate, and manage a 300+ people sales team plus sales rep / distributor organization including:
4. Establish strategies (territory and customer) and objectives (design- wins, sales revenue) for each sales organization.
5. In conjunction with the WW Sales VP conduct quarterly reviews of sales performance
6. Initiate and support sales interaction with major target customers.
7. Cultivate and enhance executive level contacts with key customers and influencers.
8. Manage executive level interactions with Company’s management and appropriate customer executives.
9. Work with Company’s marketing to identify target customers in the territory and develop and implement penetration strategies for these customers.
10. Top Level Meetings, negotiations and closing with Key customers
11. Responsible for Territory Budgets and Margin |

| 任职资格： |
1. Minimum of 12+ years of semiconductor experience, plus 5 years of managerial experience.
2. Good knowledge of the Electronics industry in the region.
3. Strong technical understanding of power products and customer’s applications
4. Proven track record selling solution based semiconductor products
5. Experience in working with customers at the executive management level.
6. Hands-on leadership ability and willingness to spend most of the time in the field working directly with reps and customers.
7. Successful experience operating independently from immediate supervision.
8. Sound negotiation skills.
9. Ability to work and influence across hierarchies and cultures.
10. Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.
11. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
12. A technical degree in EE, Computer Science or the physical sciences (MBA is a plus). |
