| 工作职责： |
1、Project Manager Construction mixed used “Retail & hotel” Planning
2、Responsible for managing existing and reviewing potential real estate development projects.
3、Serve as the company representative throughout facility planning, design and construction.
4、Manage the project from initial programming and plan through to project close-out, ie from the initial development service, design phase, construction phase, development services to project close-out & move-in.

| 任职资格： |
1、Degree holder in Architecture, Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
2、Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supervising real estate / property development projects.
3、Excellent organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4、Strong knowledge of design principles, mixed-used (retail & hotel)construction and site planning is essential.
5、Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
