工作职责: |
1. Accountable for revenue & margin targets for S. China.
2. S. China sales team’s management and people development
3.Implements sales strategies, business plans and budgets with the objective of achieving financial goals.
4. Lead and monitor S. China sales team’s FAL (functional action list) development and progress regular update.
5. Gathers and analyzes data on the territory including competitor activity, product and service trends, pricing trends.
6. Closely connects to marketing, understands key programs/technology aligning to Mega trends, identifies opportunity in new business area
7.Provides operational support for customers/distributor activities and research methods to improve operational excellence opportunities. |

任职资格: |
1. Minimum 10 years working experience in electronics industry
2. Degree in chemical , mechanical engineering or electronics engineering
3.Developing and inspiring people - Demonstrates skill at assessing abilities and providing support appropriate to the level of need.
4. Teamwork - Works well in a team environment. Collaborates with supervisors, peers, direct reports, suppliers and customers in a way that builds trust, confidence, and respect. Understands group dynamics and has strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills in coaching and team building with all levels of people in the organization.
6. Good level of decision-making ability, balancing customers needs and company objectives.
7. Strong organization skills with the ability to handle diverse and significant workload.
8. Ability to develop strong relationships with customer contacts.
9. Ability to communicate and coordinate the implementations of market strategy and enforcement of policies and procedures
10. Ability to analyze complex issues and situations, considering impact on the company and outside customers
11. Flexible travel availability
